📅 Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To qualify, items must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
Free of stains, odors, or damage
In original condition with tags attached
📦 Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Worn clothing
Hats or headwear
Accessories
Limited-edition or preorder items
Sale or discounted items
Gift cards
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
🔁 Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or color if available.
If the item is sold out, you may request a refund or store credit.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
❗ Incorrect Address
If your order was shipped to the wrong address due to an error during checkout, we cannot issue refunds once the package is marked delivered.
